Computational Biology (Algorithms for: Population Genetics, Kinship Analysis), Theory (Approximation Algorithms and Computational Complexity ), Machine Learning and Data Mining.I do not keep works in progress on this website. I am currently developing other techniques for siblings reconstruction that are both scalable and robust.
